How do live readings happen?
By video or phone, your choice when you book. Your meeting link or call details arrive with your confirmation and calendar invite.
Do I pay when I book?
Yes. Payment is taken at checkout and your time is reserved the moment it clears. Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes, up to 24 hours before your reading, with a full refund if you cancel. Changes or cancellations made less than 24 hours before your reading, and missed sessions, are not refunded. Use the link in your confirmation email.
What should I bring?
An open question, or simply an open mind. Writing your question down beforehand helps the reading stay focused.
